Dear Leo,

I wanted to make sure you knew how incredibly happy we are with the new siding! We went into this project afraid of dealing with contractors and nervous about the amount of money we were about to invest. You and your workers set our minds at ease from the very start. From the quickly returned phone calls to the prompt start time to the quality workmanship. Rob and Brian were great workers. So courteous and -something we bragged about to our friends -actually excited about doing the work that needed to be done. They battled one obstacle after another from 95 degree days to swarms of bees and I never heard a single complaint! They were clean and careful of our yard and gardens and the rest of our house. At one point they had to take our satellite dish down and put it up slightly in the wrong place. When I asked them about it Brian immediately offered to fool with it until we got a picture. An hour and a half later the picture finally came in. He took all of that time! to do that for me and as frustrating as it got for both of us he never led me to believe he had any intention of stopping until it was perfect.
